Streamline Search is seeking a Manufacturing Process Manager to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production in our client's manufacturing environment. You will lead a skilled team of engineers, technicians, and fabricators to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a full-time position, working hours: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm.

The Job Details:

  • Salary: $38,000 - $42,000 DOE
  • Holiday entitlement: 20 days + bank holidays (increasing with length of service)
  • Pension scheme available

Key Responsibilities:

As a Manufacturing Process Manager, your primary responsibility will be to plan and manage production activities to ensure smooth workflows and timely project completion. You will also lead and nurture the production team to promote collaboration and high performance.

You will efficiently allocate manpower, equipment, and materials to optimise production, ensuring that all products meet quality standards through thorough inspection and testing. Additionally, you will manage production budgets to ensure cost-effective operations without sacrificing quality.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing or production, within a managerial capacity. A solid understanding of mechanical engineering and fabrication processes is essential, along with proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office applications.
