**Job Description**

We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Process Strategist to join our team at Cognizant Technology Solutions. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve manufacturing processes and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Implement advanced manufacturing technologies and best practices to enhance production quality and output.
  • Provide expert guidance on manufacturing operations and logistics to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve productivity and minimize waste.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of current manufacturing systems and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate training sessions to upskill team members on new technologies and methodologies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on project outcomes.
  • Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and optimize manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

  • Possess a strong background in Industrial Manufacturing and Manufacturing Operations.
  • Have experience with advanced manufacturing technologies and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Be capable of facilitating training sessions and upskilling team members.
  • Utilize data analytics for informed decision-making.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
