Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Oswald House in Lancashire. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and carry out office administrative tasks in a professional and confidential manner
  • Manage electronic client files and assist in maintaining accurate records
  • Assist in managing incoming and outgoing post, including secure destruction of documents
  • Provide backup and support for general office requirements, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and printing documents
  • Assist with creating copies of client files, as required
  • Ensure office supplies are kept fully stocked
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational, time management, and planning skills
  • Ability to prioritize a busy workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
