Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Oswald House in Lancashire. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and carry out office administrative functions in a professional and confidential manner
  • Manage electronic client files and assist in maintaining accurate records
  • Assist in managing incoming and outgoing post and ensure timely delivery
  • Provide backup and support for general office requirements, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and printing documents as needed
  • Assist with the secure destruction of documents in line with our archiving policy
  • Create copies of client files, sometimes under a Court Order instruction
  • Ensure office supplies are kept fully stocked and maintain a well-organized workspace

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills
  • Ability to prioritize a busy workload and work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work well in a team and maintain confidentiality
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
