Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Site Administration Specialist to join our team. This role involves working 5 hours a day, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours available between 8 AM and 5 PM. This position not only offers the chance to enhance your skill set but also the potential for career advancement within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the site team with various administrative tasks
- Maintain and organize documentation
- Ensure records are consistently updated
- Perform general data entry tasks
- Monitor and record site visitors
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft applications and a willingness to learn new software systems. Previous experience in a similar administrative role is advantageous but not mandatory.
