Role Overview:

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding care to residents, fostering strong connections with them, their families, and your colleagues. Experience in personalized care planning and assessment tools is highly desirable, along with a background in evaluating resident needs and a proven track record in audit management.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with residents, their families, and other caregivers to uphold the highest standards of professional and individualized care.
  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and inviting atmosphere that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of each resident.
  • Develop high-quality, customized care plans tailored to the unique needs of your residents, promoting choice, independence, and dignity.
  • Oversee the safe handling, administration, and documentation of all medications and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and policies.
  • Manage the daily operations of the facility and supervise your team in the absence of the Home Manager, Deputy Manager, or Clinical Lead.
  • Ensure that personal nursing care is consistently provided to all residents with compassion and kindness.
