Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Farnborough, Hampshire. As a key member of our IT support helpdesk, you will provide excellent customer service support to our clients, ensuring their technical issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools
  • Install and set up software on servers and PCs
  • Train clients on the use of our Cloud and Windows software
  • Assist with software installation and setup via remote desktop tools
  • Manage individual responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Confident in the use of computers and Microsoft Windows
  • Logical and methodical approach to troubleshooting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good team player with a positive attitude
