About the Role

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a compassionate and responsible Relief Extra Care Support Worker to join our Extra Care service. As a key member of our team, you will provide respectful personal care and support to our service users, enabling them to lead active and positive lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality personal care and administer medication in a respectful and dignified manner
  • Encourage service users to engage in social activities and develop warm and trusting relationships
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide person-centered support and promote physical and mental wellbeing
  • Engage positively with service users and their families to build trusting relationships
  • Work flexibly according to the needs of the service
Requirements
  • Previous care and support experience is essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
