We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Supported Living team at Radis Community Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals.
Our Supported Living service provides a safe and secure home environment where individuals can receive the care and support they need to thrive. As a member of our team, you will work closely with our Service Users to promote their independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support with daily living skills and personal care
- Administer medication as required
- Assist with meal times and promote healthy eating habits
- Encourage participation in community activities and social events
- Promote independence and socialization through various activities
Shifts: 8am-8pm, 8pm-8am, and alternate weekends. We offer a range of benefits, including full or part-time hours, NEST pension, and excellent career progression opportunities.
