About the Role

Radis Community Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Supported Living team in Kempsey. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily living skills, personal care, and medication management
  • Encourage independence and socialization through community access and activities
  • Assist with meal times and promote healthy eating habits
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
