About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily living skills, personal care, and medication management
  • Encourage independence and socialization through community access and activities
  • Provide person-centered care, promoting dignity and respect for each individual
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless care and support
Requirements
  • Valid right to live and work in the UK
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide person-centered care
