Waking Night Support Worker

Radis Community Care is seeking a dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to join our Supported Living team in Kempsey.

This role involves providing care and support to adults with learning and physical disabilities, promoting their independence, choice, dignity, and respect.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting individuals with daily living skills, personal care, medication, and meal times.

You will also have the opportunity to access the community and social activities, promoting independence and socialisation.

The role requires a driver as the service is not accessible via public transport.
