Support Worker for Adults with Learning Disabilities

At Radis Community Care, we are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our Supported Living team based in Kempsey at our service called Farlie Close.
This role involves supporting adults with learning and physical disabilities, promoting their independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering the best standards of care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting individuals with additional needs, including learning disabilities, physical disability, mental health, autism, challenging behavior, and complex care health needs such as epilepsy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting with daily living skills and personal care
- Supporting with medication
- Supporting with meal times
- Accessing the community and social activities
- Promoting independence and socialization
