About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and caring Support Worker to join our team at Thera Trust. As a Support Worker, you will work with adults with learning disabilities in a supported living environment, providing personal and emotional support to help them achieve their goals and ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to individuals with learning disabilities
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
- Support individuals to develop new skills and interests
- Encourage independence and self-advocacy
- Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure high-quality care

Requirements:
- No previous experience or qualifications required, as full training will be provided
- Compassionate, caring, and confident individual
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a high level of motivation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and creatively solve problems
