Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by resolving technical issues and providing support to our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Log and track incidents in our ticketing system.
- Develop and maintain self-service documentation to assist users in resolving common issues.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or other teams as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with the Service Desk team to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the IT sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of ITSM tools and processes.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
