Job Title: Administration Service Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administration Service Lead to join our People Services team at Grant Thornton UK LLP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of administrators and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of administrators to deliver high-quality services to clients.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to build and improve the Grant Thornton people experience.
- Drive quality and productivity of the team to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Ensure the team is adequately resourced based on the pipeline of work and payroll deadlines.
Requirements:
- Strong experience of working as a Team Leader in a customer service and administration focused environment.
- Proactive approach with the confidence to vocalise ideas and challenge when needed.
- Strong Workday skills and experience of providing clients and stakeholders with quality services.
