About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Team Lead to join our Operations team as a Keying Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising temporary workers and ensuring the accurate processing of exam papers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support temporary workers in ensuring high standards of accuracy and productivity
  • Train and monitor temporary workers to maintain quality and performance standards
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading teams and motivating staff under pressure
  • Strong communication and data analysis skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
