Insurance Administrator
We are seeking a skilled Insurance Administrator to join our Customer Service team within General Insurance.
As an Insurance Administrator, you will be responsible for driving results through exceptional service delivery and building relationships with new customers and existing contacts.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to streamline procedures and maximize efficiencies, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
- Support sales, marketing campaigns, and strategies to increase business activity.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize procedures and improve customer experience.
- Maintain and deliver best practices to aligned mortgage lead generations, new business, and related cross sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven success in sales with high levels of customer service.
- Knowledge of general insurance is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with customer empathy.
- Ambition and determination to succeed with customer service excellence.
- Positive, self-motivated, and able to work on own initiative.
