About the Support Worker Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and supportive environment for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring residents maintain their dignity and individuality
  • Actively participating in all activities within the home setting
  • Implementing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies

Pay Rate & Schedule

  • £11.77 per hour
