About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and motivated Project Manager to lead one of our supported living services in the Durham area. This bespoke service enables people with complex needs, autistic spectrum conditions, and learning disabilities to lead fulfilling, happy, and rewarding lives within high-quality community-based settings.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of care and support to our service users
- Develop structured programmes of communication, personalised support, and positive behaviour management
- Work closely with families and other professionals
- Supervise and mentor a staff team
- Help deliver consistent, person-centred services that meet the needs and preferences of individuals
We are looking for an experienced learning disability/autism practitioner with the ability to assess and support individuals with complex needs. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to role model and mentor staff. A relevant social care qualification is essential (RNLD, BASW, DipSW Diploma Level 5). Applicants must possess a clean and valid driving license and have access to a vehicle.
