Building Services Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join our team in west London.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Building Services Package, producing design reviews, and providing method and time-related information for tenders.
You will also manage construction, completion, and post-construction obligations, supporting the project team during the PCSA stage from design stage 4.
A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum is on offer, along with benefits including discretionary annual bonus, 8% company contribution pension, 25 days annual leave + holiday buy options, single private medical cover, employee assistance programme, virtual GP service, and flexible benefits such as season ticket loans and discounted gym memberships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Degree in building services, mechanical or electrical engineering, or relevant HNC/HND qualifications.
- Experience in building services design principles, construction techniques, commissioning, and handover requirements.
- Ability to communicate and cooperate with subcontractors, consultants, and other team members.
- Understanding of health & safety rules and regulations, CDM, and company policies.
- Background in design, construction, and delivery processes, including design management experience with a main contractor on projects above £30m in value.
