Service Advisor Lead

About Our Client
Perfect Placement is working with a leading Automotive Business in the Lincoln area to recruit a skilled Service Advisor to join their busy Service Department.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Service Advisor role, or a similar position within the automotive industry. As a high-performing and customer-focused individual, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers while maintaining strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle.
- Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems.
- Update Customers and Vehicle Records.
- Prepare and complete Invoices.
- Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed.
- Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requires.
What We Offer
A competitive salary of up to £25,397 per annum, with an opportunity to earn an OTE of circa £31,397. This role is perfect for those looking to take their career to the next level in the automotive industry.
