Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Manager to join our team at Acuity Care Group Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality care services to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex care packages, including experience in coordinating care across a wide geographic area. You will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals, ensuring that they receive the necessary support and training to provide exceptional care to our service users.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services
  • Coordinating care across a wide geographic area, ensuring that services are delivered consistently and efficiently
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users
  • Ensuring that all care staff receive the necessary training and support to provide exceptional care
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on care outcomes

In return for your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive salary of £42,500 per annum, plus a car allowance and a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave and pension contributions.
