Night Care Assistant

As a care home provider, our services include personal care, assistance with daily activities, medical management, and social activities tailored to the unique requirements of each resident. **Responsibilities**:
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help clients with mobility and transfers, including using assistive devices as needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules.
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up.
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings as needed.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
- Ability to pass a background check.
