This field-based position is responsible for managing and coordinating care packages across the Lincolnshire catchment area.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader with a proven track record in managing complex care settings. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to develop and implement personalized care plans, and have a sound knowledge of the CQC framework.

  • Thorough assessments and implementation of tailored care plans
  • Induction and supervision of support workers
  • Spot checks and risk management
  • Supporting team members during internal and external inspections
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must hold or be willing to work towards an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or a related topic. A full UK driving license is also required for client visits.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, with an additional £3,000 car allowance and travel expenses paid. You will also receive 33 days' holiday, a private pension scheme, health cash back plans, and access to a leading Learning and Development programme.
