Facilities and Utilities Coordinator

**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Facilities and Utilities Coordinator to support the smooth operation of our facilities, utilities, and site services at our Ely facility.

Main Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Conduct daily checks on facilities, lighting, boilers, BMS, fire alarms, and sprinkler systems
- Provide administrative support to the site services team, including data entry, report generation, and correspondence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of site services with business operations
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
