**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Facilities and Utilities Coordinator to support the smooth operation of our facilities, utilities, and site services at our Ely facility.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Conduct daily checks on facilities, lighting, boilers, BMS, fire alarms, and sprinkler systems
  • Provide administrative support to the site services team, including data entry, report generation, and correspondence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of site services with business operations
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
