Nacro is a national charity with over 50 years of experience delivering social justice and community-based services. Our Community Accommodation Support (CAS) service provides vital support to vulnerable adults across England and Wales.
We are seeking an experienced Adult Senior Housing Support Worker to join our CAS team in Grimsby/Hull. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing housing support and advocacy services to adult clients, assessing and addressing their needs, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

About the Role:
- Provide housing support and advocacy services to adult clients
- Assess and address client needs, developing personalized support plans
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and evaluate service effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement
