Eisai EMEA, a leading research-based pharmaceutical organisation, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join its team.

**About the Role**

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets through key account management, targeting, and segmentation of customers in Scotland and Northern Ireland territory.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieve sales targets through effective key account management, targeting, and segmentation of customers;
  • Meet set KPIs (Key Performance Indicators);
  • Embed SMC & NICE approved drugs into patient pathways;
  • Develop local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for all indications;
  • Follow and adhere to appropriate Eisai SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures);
  • Territory covered: Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Requirements

  • Science degree qualified or equivalent;
  • Demonstrated successful track record within hospital speciality sales (ideally within oncology);
  • Sales training;
  • Local industry accreditation – ABPI certificate;

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
