Membership Excellence Manager

Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Membership Team Lead to join our team at Logistics UK. As a key member of our Policy and Commercial teams, you will be responsible for delivering excellent membership services, leading a team of Membership Contract Executives, and driving business growth through effective partnership working.
The successful candidate will have a strong customer focus, analytical skills, expertise in CRM systems, and great organisational and time management skills. They will also be passionate about building successful teams and delivering results-driven performance.
Responsibilities
- Membership Delivery: Ensure seamless membership processes, manage membership contracts, and drive business growth through effective partnership working.
- Team Management: Lead and develop a team of Membership Contract Executives, ensuring their success and the success of every member they support.
What We Offer
- An estimated salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
