Customer Service Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and organized responses to customer inquiries and concerns
- Deliver excellent customer service, demonstrating empathy and understanding
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues and maintain effective working relationships
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless customer service
- Issue instructions to subcontractors and follow up to ensure prompt resolution
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding remedial works, taking appropriate action to ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate records and update our database system
- Perform general administrative duties as required
- Collaborate with the office manager to ensure KPIs align with company guidelines
- Adhere to company Health and Safety requirements
