About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at City & County Healthcare Group. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Support clients with medication management and administration
  • Help with practical tasks such as shopping and housework
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

  • No prior social care experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Resilience and willingness to learn new skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
