  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and a positive school community.
Requirements
  • Experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant, particularly in supporting children with autism.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their individual needs.
  • A patient and empathetic approach, fostering a safe and nurturing environment for students.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in the SEN sector are desirable but not essential; a caring and dedicated attitude are the most important attributes we seek.
