Salary & Benefits
We offer a highly competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and 25 days annual leave.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and prospects, with accountability for retention and new business development. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth;
- Developing and implementing business plans to meet client needs;
- Providing technical expertise and support to clients;
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service; and
- Leading the sales process to win, retain, and develop profitable new clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record in account management or sales;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness;
- Experience working in a professional services environment;
- Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g., MBA, ACCA); and
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
