Salary & Benefits


We offer a highly competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and 25 days annual leave.



Job Description


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and prospects, with accountability for retention and new business development. Key responsibilities include:




  • Managing client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth;
  • Developing and implementing business plans to meet client needs;
  • Providing technical expertise and support to clients;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service; and
  • Leading the sales process to win, retain, and develop profitable new clients.


Required Skills & Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you'll need:




  • A proven track record in account management or sales;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness;
  • Experience working in a professional services environment;
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g., MBA, ACCA); and
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
