About the Opportunity

Lloyds Bank plc is committed to helping Britain prosper by fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity. We're looking for a highly motivated Social Sustainability Specialist to drive social sustainability performance and accelerate commercial outcomes.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with our Social Sustainability team, which aims to break down socio-economic barriers impacting under-served business owner communities and groups in the UK. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining data tools and dashboards to support the targeting of underserved business communities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with internal and external partners to craft and evolve a social sustainability performance measurement framework for BCB. You will also analyze socio-demographic data alongside other transactional, behavioral, and attitudinal data to uncover new insights for use in decision-making.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Data Analysis and Engineering: Strong proficiency in using Excel, Power BI, and Gen AI solutions.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to see the bigger picture and understand strategic imperatives across the portfolio of activity.
  • Research/Insight/Data/Client Experience: Conversant with research methodologies and customer-centric focus in design of data capture initiatives.
  • Handling Complexity: Ability to produce clear and concise reports/presentations and communications.
