About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified social worker with 3 years of experience to work on complex assessments, provide evidence in court, and integrate professional knowledge into practice.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of effective practice, high-quality judgments, and the ability to work autonomously. They will also be able to assess situations effectively, determine appropriate interventions, and anticipate possible progress without pre-judging.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £28.55 - £30.57 per hour, plus hybrid working arrangements that allow for a mix of office and home-based work. Our team is based at Darby House, 2nd Floor, Wing B, Lawn Central, Telford, TF3 4JA.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a caseload with varying complexity, leading on complex assessments and providing evidence in court.
  2. Practice effectively with high-quality judgments in complex, risky, and uncertain situations, acting with confidence and autonomy.
  3. Assess situations effectively to determine appropriate interventions and anticipate possible progress without pre-judging.
