About the Role

We are a leading provider of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) in the UK, German, Spanish, and Benelux business markets.

Ours is an expanding UCaaS presence in Europe, with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation. We deliver Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Company Secretary with various projects, including meeting arrangements, bookings, and invitations.
  • Creating and updating board schedules, such as board meeting dates, meeting attendance, conflicts of interest and external appointments, training register, and shareholdings.

You will oversee group subsidiaries, conduct desktop reviews of statutory information, and ensure all filings are made on time.

Additionally, you will provide support for employee share plans, maintain various schedules, and review changes in group policies.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified Grad CGI or working towards this qualification.
  • Experience of working for a UK listed plc.
  • Awareness of UK Companies Act and UK Listing Rules.
  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Diligent Boards is desirable but not required.

You should possess:

  • Excellent project management skills, including organisation and problem-solving.
  • Strong relationship management skills alongside the ability to work independently in a small team.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and layout.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with senior stakeholders and under pressure.

This is a hybrid role requiring you to be in our London office at least 2 days a week.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is £42,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience.
