About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive the launch of our new software product. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that showcases our product's value proposition and drives customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Launch and Marketing Strategy: Spearhead the launch of our new software product and implement a product-led growth (PLG) marketing approach to drive customer adoption and retention.
  • Marketing Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to develop and execute marketing strategies and plans that support our product launch and growth objectives.
  • Marketing Performance and ROI: Oversee and improve marketing performance and marketing technology operational activities to drive data-driven marketing decisions and continuous improvements.
  • Brand and Positioning Strategy: Develop and execute branding and positioning strategies that differentiate our product in the market and resonate with our target audience.
  • Marketing Budget and ROI: Manage marketing budgets and demonstrate ROI to senior leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with both enterprise and PLG models, and a strong background in product marketing and go-to-market strategy development.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Experience leading marketing teams and cross-departmental collaboration, with a player/manager profile who enjoys a blended strategic and hands-on role.
  • Marketing Automation and Analytics: Proficiency with marketing automation tools, particularly HubSpot, and a data-driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics.
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex marketing strategies and plans to senior leadership and stakeholders.
