Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing and Brand Development to join our team at Tdm Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote our luxury properties and high-end developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives
  • Manage and maintain our brand identity and messaging across all marketing channels
  • Collaborate with our development team to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our property developments
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and manage our marketing budget to ensure effective ROI
  • Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing and branding

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing and brand development, preferably in the luxury property or high-end development industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles, including market research, competitor analysis, and brand messaging
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and lead a team of marketing professionals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
