- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business growth and expansion.
- Provide feedback to the Investment Committee on marketing strategy and performance.
- Deep understanding of marketing principles, industry trends, and consumer behavior.
- High level of proficiency in marketing analytics, web analytics, and Google AdWords.
- Experience as Senior/Head of Marketing, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Understanding of financial services, ideally in a business-to-consumer-focused environment.
- Working knowledge of the UK Regulatory Framework for Financial Services, including Consumer Duty.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a Senior Management Team and as a leader in a fast-paced environment.
