We are a dynamic restaurant group, beBee Professionals, looking for a skilled and creative Chef to join our team in Weston-super-Mare, United Kingdom. As a key member of our kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring excellent food presentation, and maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu, showcasing your culinary expertise and creativity.
  • Ensure that every dish meets our restaurant's standards for presentation, taste, and portioning.
  • Monitor food inventory and assist with stock control to maintain efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
  • Develop new menu ideas and seasonal dishes to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
  • Adhere to food safety procedures and ensure compliance with food hygiene standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of culinary techniques and cuisines.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Food Hygiene certification (Level 2 or higher preferred).
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Creativity and passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
