The successful candidate will have full operational and financial responsibility for the catering facility, focusing on delivering high-quality food and service while driving sales and managing costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team
  • Manage catering operations, including stock, food, and labor costs
  • Ensure consistency of food and service standards
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
  • Manage and improve controllable costs
  • Oversee menu development and implementation
  • Maintain company systems and procedures, and legislation compliance
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure standards are met

About You:

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional food and service to our schools. The ideal candidate will have:

  • OND or HND qualification (advantageous)
  • Craft-based experience using fresh ingredients
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices
  • Financial understanding of gross profit management and sales targets
  • Line management experience
  • Experience in a similar environment
