We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef Manager to join our team at Aspens Services Ltd. As a market leading contract catering company, we specialize in providing high-quality food services to schools.

The successful candidate will have full operational and financial responsibility for our catering facilities, focusing on delivering exceptional food and service standards. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing a team of culinary professionals to ensure consistency of food and service standards
  • Managing and controlling catering operations, including stock, food, and labor costs
  • Driving sales through innovative menu development and promotions
  • Maintaining company systems and procedures, including health and safety protocols
  • Carrying out regular audits to ensure standards are being met

We are looking for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional food and service, as well as the following skills and experience:

  • OND or HND qualified in a culinary discipline
  • Craft-based experience using fresh ingredients
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices and legislation
  • Financial understanding of gross profit management and achieving sales targets
  • Line management experience and a proven track record of success
