About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at the Grand Atlantic Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special functions.
  • Serving: Serve food to guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive kitchen environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Qualities: Strong communication and teamwork skills, flexibility, and a passion for delivering high-quality food and service.
