About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Nursing Governance Manager to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Regional Clinical Development Nurse, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the clinical governance and quality of care across eight of our care homes in the South West region.
Your primary focus will be on reviewing the clinical governance database and KPIs of each home every month to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to meet regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to drive excellence in clinical standards and performance.
About the Salary
The salary for this role is approximately £56,000 per annum, which reflects the level of expertise and responsibility required. Our generous rewards package includes:

About the Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you must be a Registered Nurse (RN General) with a current NMC registration and have a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements. Experience working in a care home environment as a confident clinical mentor is also essential. Your leadership skills, analytical mind, and ability to share knowledge and build relationships are highly valued in this position.
