Clinical Development Lead

About the Role
As a Regional Clinical Development Nurse at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a crucial part in driving excellence in clinical governance and quality of care across eight of our care homes in the South West region. Your key responsibility will be to lead, support, and continuously improve the clinical standards and performance of each home.
You will work closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to meet regulatory requirements and enhance the overall care experience for residents. With your leadership skills and passion for delivering exceptional results, you will make a significant impact on the lives of those in our care.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RN General) with a current NMC registration and have a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements. You must also provide evidence of continued professional development and have experience working in a care home environment as a confident clinical mentor. Your analytical mind, leadership skills, and ability to share knowledge and build relationships are essential qualities for success in this position.
