Clinical Services Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Medical Officer to lead our clinical services strategy and drive transformational change across the organisation. As a key member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust executive team, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for clinical services, leading medical and clinical teams, and developing the talent of our medical workforce.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of developing high-quality, clinically safe, and financially sustainable services, as well as experience of leading complex projects and programmes. You will also be an expert in clinical leadership, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate others.
We offer a range of benefits, including a competitive salary of £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, plus access to our comprehensive occupational health services, flexible working schemes, and family-friendly policies. You will also have opportunities for professional development, including days off to study, engage in CPD or rotational placements.
