**Job Title:** Clinical Team Lead - Neurodevelopmental Services

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

**Job Description:** As a Clinical Team Lead for our Neurodevelopmental Assessment Team at Evolve Psychology Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clinic. This position offers an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and adults referred for Autism and ADHD assessments.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Point of contact for all matters related to the day-to-day running of the clinic
  • Conduct and oversee comprehensive specialist assessments for individuals suspected of Autism and/or ADHD
  • Maintain a clinical overview of all current assessment cases, ensuring clear plans are in place for each
  • Liaise with ND admin to address logistical challenges and problem-solve issues like clinician sickness
  • Support newer team members in their transition and identify areas for improvement in clinic processes
  • Chair multidisciplinary discussions and pinpoint training needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist or NMC registered nurse
  • Neurodevelopmental practitioner experience with specialist training
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Experience in conducting diagnostic Neurodevelopmental/Specialist developmental assessments with children and/or adults
  • Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and appropriate assessment tools for Autism and ADHD
