Clinical Psychology Service Development Manager

Devon Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join their team as an Autism and Mental Health Clinical Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of psychology pathways within DAAIT, ensuring that they are evidence-based and meet the needs of autistic individuals.
The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership to the MDT in the Devon Adult Autism Intervention Team (DAAIT) alongside the wider senior leadership team. They will also support the ongoing development and delivery of psychology pathways within DAAIT.
Main duties of the job- Leading the development and implementation of psychology pathways within DAAIT, ensuring that they are evidence-based and meet the needs of autistic individuals.
- Providing clinical leadership and autism specific clinical supervision to the MDT including Psychology, Speech and language therapy and Occupational therapy to support the delivery of high quality evidence based services.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including commissioners, service users, and colleagues in the multi-disciplinary team.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
