Fixed Costs Draftsperson Opportunity

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Fixed Costs Draftsperson to join its team in Liverpool. As a key member of the Technical Costs Team, you will play a crucial role in reviewing fixed costs files, making offers, negotiating settlements, and preparing costs schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and negotiate fixed costs to ensure optimal recovery
  • Draft Costs Schedules, Part 23 Applications, and Part 8 Proceedings to support the firm's costs recovery
  • Formulate written costs arguments to maximize the recovery of the firm's costs
  • Prepare bundles and instruct Counsel to attend costs hearings
  • Liaise with fee earners and management to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Provide assistance to other team members as needed
