Fixed Costs Draftsperson Opportunity

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Fixed Costs Draftsperson to join its team in Liverpool. As part of the Technical Costs Team, you will be responsible for reviewing fixed costs files, considering and making offers, negotiating settlement, preparing costs schedules, negotiating costs, and preparing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and negotiate fixed costs
  • Draft Costs Schedules, Part 23 Applications, and Part 8 Proceedings
  • Formulate written costs arguments to maximize recovery of the firm's costs
  • Prepare bundles and instruct Counsel to attend costs hearings
  • Liaise with fee earners and management
  • Provide assistance to other team members as required
